I am a Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC) certified leadership coach and global HR Executive with over 30 years of experience and a diverse client roster. While working my way up in my HR career, my unique superpower was the coaching work I did with individuals and teams to grow their management skills, improve their EQ, and develop them into leaders of successful organizations.

When I launched my own HR consultancy a decade ago, professional coaching was a major component of the services I provided.  As a coach, I have supported measurable skill growth in C-suite leaders, creative experts, individual contributors, and frontline managers.  My passion is driving the success and the professional and personal growth of my clients whether by navigating complex people issues or nurturing measurable improvement in leadership skills.

I believe that any leader can overcome the obstacles in their professional path if they come to this coaching partnership with courage, humility, and discipline. While the SCC process is easy to understand, it is also challenging to consistently do without support, guidance and focus.
